§ 1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sigurd Fencing website (the “Site”) or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers.
§ 2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Users under 18 may use the Site only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
§ 3Account & Login
Sigurd uses social login via Google, Apple, or Facebook. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
To delete your account, contact [email protected]. Orders linked to a deleted account may be affected.
§ 4Ordering
Orders are placed at the price shown at checkout. After payment you will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking information once your order ships.
We reserve the right to cancel orders identified as fraudulent or abusive; any such cancelled order is refunded in full.
§ 5Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD only. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Stripe privacy policy applies in addition to ours. Currency conversion charges and bank fees, if any, are paid by the user.
We reserve the right to update prices for new orders; price changes do not affect orders already placed.
§ 6Refund Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. After delivery, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order (see § 15).
Non-refundable cases include, but are not limited to:
- Return requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery;
- Items damaged by misuse or returned incomplete;
- Orders identified as fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
§ 7Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

§ 8Product Use
Sigurd is designed for fencing training scenarios — daily practice, demos, and club expansion. It is not intended to replace official competition systems, and does not constitute certification for sanctioned tournaments.
Users are responsible for their own training safety, equipment inspection, and supervision of minors.
§ 9Intellectual Property
All brand assets, content, software, and product designs are owned by Sigurd Fencing or its licensors. No part may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
§ 10User Conduct
You agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior; not to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site or services; and not to misrepresent your identity or organization.
§ 11Disclaimers & Liability
The Site and products are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed, Sigurd Fencing’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
§ 12Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or orders if we identify a material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the ordering process.
§ 13Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users where possible. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
§ 14Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR courts.
§ 15Shipping & Returns
Shipping. We ship worldwide. Shipping is free worldwide; delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Returns. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
